Service Description

STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR VENUE For smaller parties, Bubble BABYLON MAX capacity: 30 children (drop-off age) For larger parties, Bubble EAST - an additional $150 for the use of this space 30 children or more  This room will accommodate all your guests plus there will be room for an adult food display, favor display, and so much more. STEP 2: CHOOSE DATE & TIME For parties on Saturdays & Sundays, select one of the following time slots (depending on availability):  11:00AM        1:30PM        4:00PM        6:30PM STEP 3: BOOK YOUR PARTY The MINIMUM time to book a Bubble party is TWO WEEKS before your chosen party date. If you're booking a party in less time, PLEASE CALL TO BOOK. Each party is 90 minutes and includes the following for up to 12 children. Each additional child is $20. The parties include: 15 custom printed invitations that match the theme of the party, thank you notes, paper goods, 2+ party hosts, pizza & juice for children, table snacks, birthday cupcakes and candles, adorable coordinating party decorations! A $150 non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking to reserve the date. The final headcount is due the Wednesday before your party date. Your party total will be based on the final RSVP headcount. Gratuities are not included for our amazing party staff. For all parties and classes, ensure to dress your child for mess!

Cancelation Policy

Birthday Party Policies: • We require a non-refundable $150 deposit for all parties. • A reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received. No exceptions. • A final headcount is due minimum of three days before your party. At this time you will be responsible for the recorded headcount as we prepare for that number of guests. • If numbers go up, after headcount is due, we will do our best to accommodate. This will depend on materials at hand. • Gratuity for party helpers is not included. • Crafts can be subject to change without notice due to shipping and vendor availability. • Please arrive no earlier than 30 minutes prior to party start time. • Exit party in a timely manner as to allow party helpers clean up time before the next party. • If party is cancelled due to inclimate weather or illness, you may reschedule based upon our available openings. • Some of our parties use paint or solutions that may stain clothing - please dress for mess. Kids Class Policies: • A non-refundable deposit is required to sign up for a class. This allows you to take a space out of open registration. • If you are using a payment plan, you are responsible for all payments regardless of attendance, until class is paid in full. • You are entitled to no more than 2 makeup classes in each registered semester. • You may carry over 1 makeup from your current enrolled semester if you are re-enrolling in class for the following semester. • We reserve the right to cancel class due to inclimate weather and will do our best to offer a makeup where availability allows. • Some of our classes use paint or solutions that may stain clothing - we encourage you to dress for mess (adults too if you are in a parent & me class)
